Developed as part of the Robotics Dojo 2024 competition, focused on creating an autonomous mobile robot using LiDAR, Robot Operating System (ROS2) and other technologies. The robot was designed for tasks such as mapping and autonomous navigation with precision obstacle avoidance.
This project was as a joint effort by Team R.O.O.K. Droid & Team Echo (I was part of the R.O.O.K Droid team) , leveraging expertise in mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
I was a major contributor in making the mobile platform for the robot and mainly worked on the navigation software.
